Backups are taken daily of our site and email systems, these are held off site for 10 days.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Notification – Any data breach should be reported to the party officers via email or telephone. Automatic intrusion detection software installed on the website will notify the party officers of any suspicious activity.

Once notified the party offices (with relevant technical skill) will investigate the incident. Multiple officers have access to the web server logs and all party officers have access to the audit information recorded on the website. Should a data breach be confirmed by the party officers the scope of the data breach will be identified.
